We are collectively made up of Division I NCAA fencing programs in the Western Region which includes California, Nevada, Colorado, Oregon, Washington, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, and Idaho.

The current NCAA programs in the Western Region are UC San Diego, University of Incarnate Word, Stanford, and Air Force Academy.

We are always looking to Collegiate Club programs as well as they may want to transition to the NCAA platform with guidance and direction.

The Western Fencing REGION SCHOOLS CURRENTLY COMPETE IN THE MOUNTAIN PACIFIC SPORT FEDERATION - mpsf

The teams are NCAA members and in compliance with NCAA eligibility rules. EacH year the Conference hosts:
  • An Individual Conference Championship in each weapon
  • A mixed gender Team Conference Championship
